Abstract :

This study covers the period between 1993 and 2007 exploring the political experience for Hamas and its reflection on the Palestinian liberal democratic objectives, consequently; this study comes-in a difficult time in the history of the Palestinian people to provide the data, analysis, and recommendations which build up for a public discussion about the future o democracy and the kind of society which Hamas tries hard to establish. Despite the fact that this study presents a deep critical analysis for the past period, it looks optimistically for Hamas abilities in the future, because it can present by its will a model in the development, social justice, local peace and freedom. What is special about this study is that it does not offer magical solutions for the problems which faced and still facing llamas in its way to solve them, but it suggests crucial questions about the basic problems seeking for answers from the cumulative experiences of llamas in real world. The study discusses an important case which is the Palestinian Islamic Politi Work, trying to analyze and comprehend the factors and the interactions which have connections with Hamas’s experience taking its democratic transformation into account. And the problem which the study is trying hard to solve as objectively as possible is the weakness of the political Presentation for llamas in the Palestinian political life on the scene of the participation in the change of the society. The researcher used the descriptive analytic method to achieve the objectives of the study. The study aims to explore Hamas’ s organizational abilities and the points of influence in it, beside its attitude toward the Palestinian authority and the effect of their relation on the democratic development. The study also observes and analyzes the development, transformations, and the movements which Hamas went through in its political experience, and tries to look up to the democratic transformations on the Palestinian Political system in the in which Hamas hangs on the authority. The study tries to specify the aspects of the experience starting from the first tokens and ending with the top moment when Hamas involved in the political work, and what is between that of events and stations which helped to cumulate the experience this organization and to develop its techniques and tactics. Here the study turns the attention towards the challenges which may face Hamas in its way to establish an Islamic democratic society as well as identifying these challenges. The study indicates through summarizing Hamas experience that the political will to apply the social justice can not be filled without the participation of Hamas and the study also points that the most important characteristics are: the clarity of the ideology and offering the care to the local levels, the simple program, the Islamic qualifications and its combatant abilities, and the flexibility and the pragmatism in its tactics. The started from a main hypothesis which tries hard to prove that Hamas has an important role in constructing and strengthening the democracy in Palestine, and checking that hypothesis required going into many chapters which were included in the study.
